  Great service even when things go wrong! I ordered a down-light that was sent right away. Turned out to be the wrong size - entirely the fault of the manufacturer who changed the light but not the reference number of the light. I tried to send it back for a refund - but sent it to the wrong address (my bad). Aussie Electrical sent me a pre-paid parcel pouch to send it back again - and offered a refund and cash to cover out-of-pocket expenses for the couriers. Not ideal for either of us - but Aussie Electrical is 100% professional even when things go wrong! What else could you want!
